World Bird Day was celebrated today in the kindergarten "Dr. Todora Miladinova" in Rila. An expert from the Rila Monastery Nature Park explained the children about the bird species that are common in the area of ​​the park and what needs to be done to protect the birds.

World Bird Day has been celebrated since 1906 by the Convention on the Conservation of Useful Birds. The purpose of World Bird Day is to draw people's attention to them, to direct them to the problems of the conservation of bird habitats and to the conservation of nature as a whole.
