Forester for a Day

Today, the students of "Averkyy Popstoyanov" Primary School in Rila have joined the "Forester for a Day" initiative. This year it was organized jointly by Forestry "Rila Monastery" and specialists from Natural Park "Rila Monastery", which introduced to the students the activities undertaken for conservation and care for the forest. The children planted their trees right next to the forest afforested yesterday by the Forest Directors-General of the Member States of the European Union
