Today, on the fourth day of Forest Week, the experts from the "Rila Monastery" Nature Park, together with experts from the Regional Forest Directorate Kyustendil, hosted the students from the "Neofit Rilski" Primary School, Dupnitsa. Students from the city of Rila visited the Nature Park

Today, our guests were students from the "Averkiy Popstoyanov" elementary school in the city of Rila. From the talk of engineer Grigorov - director of the Rila Monastery Nature Park, the children learned about the forestry profession and why we should trust the forester when managing the forests. The students planted a Linden tree in the courtyard of the park's visitor center.???? The visit ended with gifts and lots of smiles for the inquisitive students.????

Forest week in the Nature Park

During the second day of ????Forest Week, third graders from Hristo Botev School in Kocherinovo visited us. They learned many interesting facts about the "Rila Monastery" Nature Park. They understood why we should protect nature and why we should trust the foresters who take care of the forests. They also planted a Linden tree, promising to come regularly to the park's visitor center to water it and take care of it.????????
