NEWS / Children from the Summer Academy in the Town of Rila Visited the Visitor Centre of Rila Monastery Nature Park
Today, the Visitor Centre of Rila Monastery Nature Park welcomed children from the Summer Academy in the town of Rila.
During the educational session, the participants learned about the purpose and importance of protected areas, with a special focus on Rila Monastery Nature Park. They became familiar with the park's characteristic plant and animal species, as well as the protected species found within its territory and the importance of conserving them.
With great interest and curiosity, the children explored the richness of Rila's wildlife and discovered how everyone can contribute to preserving this valuable natural heritage through responsible behavior.
