Earth Hour

Earth Hour is celebrated annually by tradition on the last Saturday of March (March 28). Then between 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm, millions of people around the world will symbolically turn off the lighting in their homes, and sign buildings will dim their facades.

Earth Hour is the largest global initiative to protect our common home - planet Earth. This year, as part of the campaign in Bulgaria, it will address the care of forests, which play a key role in managing climate change by absorbing CO2 from the atmosphere and storing it in trees, vegetation and soil.
