German Forster visited Rila Monastery Nature Park

On September 10, German foresters from the province of Baden-Wuerttemberg visited the Rila Monastery Nature Park. They visited  the Park's Information Center where they saw the park's exposure and received information on the peculiarities and natural features of the protected area. The guests also visited the Rila Monastery. The main objective of the visit was the presentation of the century-old forests in the park, as well as examples of the renewal of the forest...

Clean Bulgaria together

The action started today, September 3, 2018, at 9.00. Rila  Monastery Nature Park, together with the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water - Blagoevgrad and volunteers, cleaned the recreation areas on the territory of Rila Monastery Nature Park. 

Let`s clean Bulgaria together

On 3-th of September 2018, at 9.00 am Directorate of  Rila Monastery Nature Park together with the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Waters - Blagoevgrad organizes cleaning of recreation areas on the territory of Rila Monastery Nature Park. Our idea is to remove the  waste from the highly vulnerable and polluted areas of recreation around the road from the Rila Monastery to Kirilova Polyana.
