The children who sent works for "My Story of the Forest" will take part in the afforestation in the autumn

Almost 2,000 works for the forest were received by e-mail from the Forestry Executive Agency, Nature Park Directorates and state-owned enterprises in April. The works are in response to the initiative of the Agency "My story about the forest", which marked the Forest Week 2020.  

Information for the visitors

We inform you that in the park is forbidden sitting on benches and gathering groups of people less than 2 meters away. These measures have been taken to protect your health, and we urge you to observe them.

Regarding the regulation of the movement of tourists and visitors on the territory of Rila Monastery Nature Park, an order was issued by the director of the nature park, which you can find here.

Important information about herbs collection this year

New Order No. РД-203 of 02.03.2020 of the Minister of Environment and Waters determines the permitted quantities for collection of herbs from natural habitats outside the territory of national parks.
