First stage of the National Competition Lessons of the Forest

Today, the first stage of the national forest lessons competition was held at Averkiy Popstoyanov Primary School in Rila. It was attended by 12 students in 5th grade who completed a pre-prepared test with 43 questions. The next stage of the national competition will be a regional round, which will go to the qualifying students from the first stage. The final of the competition will be held in April, during the Week of the forest.

Once again the experts of the Rila Monastery Nature Park visited students from the Nature and Science Club at the St.P. Hilendarski Secondary School in Dupnitsa. The topic of the lesson was "Medicinal Plants in the Park" which aroused great interest among students. Today, experts from Rila Monastery Nature Park gave a presentation to the students of grades 8 and 9 of the Academic School of Acad.
