Afforestation for the Forest Week

Today, employees of the Rila Monastery Nature Park Directorate planted saplings in the yard of the Park's Visitor Center in Pchelina. The saplings are of the type Tsar-borisova fir, which is a relic type and a Balkan endemic. Its habitats are located in the Kirilova Polyana area. Afforestation is part of the Forest Week Program.

Doors open Day

On April 3, 2019 (Wednesday), the Rila Monastery Nature Park Directorate announces  Doors Open Day. You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of the nature park, and by the experts working here you will learn more about the unique nature that it preserves.
