The Holy Road ”- in the footsteps of St. Ivan Rilski

Today, the Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at the Rila Monastery in connection to the end of the "Holy Road" - in the footsteps of St. Ivan Rilski.   The pilgrimage hike is organized to mark the 550th anniversary of the return of the relics of St. John of Rila the Wonderworker from Turnovo to the Rila Monastery this year. Monitoring of protected plants and herbs

In July experts from Rila Monastery Nature Park conducted an observation of protected plant species in different  parts of the park. Monitoring carried out in the areas of Iliina river, Tiha Rila, near peack Kalin and others.

Today, at 10.00, a press conference on the activities of the Forst Directorate took place in the hall of the Regional Forst Directorate - Kyustendil for the first half of the year.
